We had a plugged bathroom sink and called Meticulous in the evening (don't problems always happen after 6pm?). We spoke their a virtual agent (!!) and were able to book an appointment for the next morning. Eric from Meticulous called us ahead of our scheduled appointment time and we were happy to have him arrive early. Eric understood the problem with our sink & plumbing and gave us a couple of options for the repair. He was able to rebuild the plumbing and clear the drain for a very reasonable price.
