Great visit yesterday, I told Randy what I needed and he got started right away, and we have another appointment scheduled for next week as well.

Edgar did great, we couldn't resolve the issue because the scope was outside of plumbing, but he was able to diagnose the issue and let me know what needs to be done.

Yesterday's visit went great! Randy was able to resolve our issue and we're so glad to be able to take a hot shower again.

I just wanted to say how wonderful Edgar Coronado was yesterday when he took care of several of our plumbing issues. He was nice. He was efficient. He was fantastic. Also, Tamara's communication was fantastic. When you all had availability the day prior to our appointed time on Friday, she reached out to see if Thursday would work for us, which it did. The entire experience was great. We've worked with some other companies in the area, and this was by far our best experience with a plumber. Thanks very much for the help.

Edgar was really great. Some unexpected problems arose and Edgar took care of it all and explained everything. He has been here before and I feel like I knew him already and trusted him from the great work he did for me before.

I wasn't on site, but my husband was very please with Kaleb and the work he did.

Kaleb was awesome. I feel we got what we paid for and then some. He thoroughly diagnosed the problem leak and made thoughtful and knowledgeable suggestions regarding what may be causing the water problem near the shower stall. He recommended a simple solution going forward to test for the leak before replacing the existing shower stall and provided a detailed estimate of what a new shower stall would cost. I highly recommend Kaleb and Meticulous Plumbing. I believe I have found an honest and reliable plumber to call in the future without searching the internet!!! Incidentally, Meticulous Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend, whom I also trust.

My mom had nothing but good things to say about Edgar, and my bathroom was clean and functioning when I returned home.

Kaleb was clear in his explanations to us, helpful in analyzing our actual and potential problems and patient as we worked to get clarifying information from our appliance delivery logistics office explaining why washing machine could not be installed.

Leo yesterday was wonderful, very thoughtful in explaining things and quickly volunteered putting a mask on when he saw mine (I'm immune-compromised), sooo appreciated. We haven't written a review for Randy's visit but plan to do as well. Randy and Leo both, are the kind of gentlemen that we will gladly welcome back into our home. Grateful to have found you all through the Everywhere Queer app. You all are solid allies. Definitely will reach out again when needed.

Please tell Kaleb I really appreciated his work yesterday. He did a very good job despite the difficulties of our situation. He was very professional and thorough.

Our new toilet project was handled seamlessly from start to finish. Randy gave a prompt estimate, dispatchers had all the necessary information at hand, and Edgar did a quick, clean installation. Just what we hoped for.

Joe did an excellent job replacing our shower valve. To access the valve, Joe had to remove a section of a partition wall; we were pleased that he did a neat job, which will make it easy for us to cover up the hole, and that he cleaned up thoroughly after the work.

Eric was terrific. The visit went perfect in everyway, even with the construction going on, everything went smoothly.

I reviewed the work after it was completed and everything works great! Kaleb did a great job on all the work I've had done, and I'll have more work for Meticulous Plumbing soon as well!
