He researched and gave us the possible problems we might encounter. We decided against the replacing the drain because the solution might create a greater problem. Because the grate over the drain never fit snugly, he made some adjustments and fixed that problem without charge. I always appreciate the honesty we get from Kaleb and Meticulous Plumbing.
