Anne quickly responded to my request for service and set up an appointment with just a two-hour window (rather than the 8-hour window another company offered). Joe texted before arriving. He quickly determined the cause of our shower faucet not mixing hot and cold water and replaced the faulty part.

I had a new toilet installed. Since it was designed a little larger than previous toilet, some very careful work had to be done very close to the water inlet.
I was very pleased with the finished work. Plus at no additional cost, my laundry sink faucet was finally stabilized!! What a thrill after many years of being wobbly. I thank my installer! Great job!!
