We had a plugged bathroom sink and called Meticulous in the evening (don't problems always happen after 6pm?). We spoke their a virtual agent (!!) and were able to book an appointment for the next morning. Eric from Meticulous called us ahead of our scheduled appointment time and we were happy to have him arrive early. Eric understood the problem with our sink & plumbing and gave us a couple of options for the repair. He was able to rebuild the plumbing and clear the drain for a very reasonable price. Eric was able to complete the repair in just about one hour and we are so pleased! We will be using Meticulous again should the need arise.

City of Portland water meter repair. While installing a new digital water meter the valve to the yard water was damaged and started to leak. Meticulous provided a quick response. Came out the very next day and repaired the valve. Leo explained all work being done and answered all my questions.
Thought I had photo of completed work but sadly I don't.

Best plumbing experience I've ever had from start to end! They were quick to make the appointment, sent reminders, sent plumber info with a pic, notified me of arrival time, very pleasant plumber to work with and had my problem fixed in no time. Also, fully documented thru pictures the work that he did. I was able to pay on the spot with a credit card. Great experience and it's wonderful to have my shower back working again.

On August 13, 2026 I called Meticulous Plumbing as heard a strange clanking noise in my pipes. They happen to have a technician in the Tigard Area so he, Adam Buck stopped by. Adam almost immediately figured out that the water pressure inside my house was way too high. In fact dangerously high.
Adam was scheduled to come back the next day, August 14th, 2026, to fix the issue. Adam showed up on time and quickly went to work. It wasn't long before the issue was resolved and thankfully no more clanking in the pipes.
I would gladly recommend Meticulous Plumbing as well as Adam Buck to anyone.

I was first pleased that I was able to book a next-day appointment with no problem - then they welcomed me emailing all of the history/drama behind the leak - then they didn't charge me because the fix was so simple. So I made another appointment the same week - Adam returned to my condo nearly immediately and made two repairs with care and competence. Great company!
