Kaleb and Meticulous Plumbing came through again. Toilet seal was leaking, toilet was not cracked. He did everything to replace the old ring with a new and better one. Cleaned up and gave a time-saving trick to get rid of toilet bowl stains. Kaleb is amazing...professional and personable. A rare combination. This was the best plumbing repair experience. A shutoff valve in my kitchen was rusted shut and beginning to leak water. A box had been built over the shutoff valves.
Leo was able to get the box off without taking it apart. He took pictures of the valves and pipe so I didn't need to crawl into the cupboard. He explained the problem and offered me two options for repair and the cost of each. I opted to have everything fixed at the same time. The price was much less than i expected.
Leo replaced three valves and some pipe. He made sure everything was turned back on and working properly. He was professional, thorough, explained things in an easy to understand way, and cleaned up when he was done.

What plumbing problem?! Went to bed with leaky toilet, woke up to begin my process of fixing it. They opened at 7am (which was awesome) and had a team out here within a few hours- all through text. Fixed, reasonably priced, and details with what was being charged. Kaleb and his sidekick (forget his name-gah) were awesome! Honestly from the intital text, response for booking, booking confirmation text, text arrivals, paying, and already being sent a follow up email with photos. The urgency of the customer support was top notch.

Top notch company. We had water heaters at the end of life and one had a slow leak. I was able to get a plumber scheduled for the next day and get the heaters replaced. Eric and Adam were punctual and super nice. Highly professional and got both heaters replaced in a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and left no traces. I had used Meticulous for a smaller project a little while back, but will absolutely continue to use them for all of our home plumbing needs going forward.
