The process from booking to completion that Meticulous Plumbing had was exceptional. After booking with Rosie, I got text and email confirmation of the schedule. Randy was identified as the tech assigned and I got notification on the day on how far out the truck was. I walked Randy through the details of the repair and he gave me a cost and time estimate of the job. One of the items that did not need a repair was removed from the estimate. Randy was very polite, respectful and pleasant to have a conversation with. I approved the job and he completed the repairs as promised on time. He cleaned up after the repairs and I got the invoice and receipt in an email. Their office followed up with me to ensure that all the repairs were to my satisfaction. This whole experience was very smooth and pain free. I had kept them in my contact list from a 2022 job and will continue to reach out to them first for future plumbing issues.
