Recently the water line from the water to my house had a break with water gushing out , luckily all of the water was outside my house. After turning off the water to my house at the meter, I called Meticulous Plumbing. They sent Randy Swan out within an hour or so to see if a work around was possible. Randy was able to setup a bypass so that I would have water inside my house. This would allow me to live basically as normal, until the actual fix was done. Randy was very nice and efficiently figured out how to set up this bypass. He was a pleasure to work with.
About a week later Meticulous sent out Joe Beltran and Eric Wagner and the long term fix began. Both men were extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable. A replacement water line from the water meter to my house was installed. The house water turnoff is now inside my house which is extremely convenient. Once the new line was installed, we had to wait for the city of Tigard to approve. Once that was done Eric Wagner came back out and put things back together as if nothing had ever happened. Again super nice and efficient.
Meticulous was very helpful in this emergency situation. From customer service, who got someone out here quickly to the end result of a new water line. Everyone was friendly knowledgeable and seemed to really care about things.
